Community Portfolio Manager
Status- Full Time
Salary:DOE $42,000 - $60,000
Office- Northern CA or Northern NV
Job Description:Exciting position with excellent company in the Sacramento area. Manage a portfolio of homeowner associations in a great work atmosphere with an excellent support team. Some night meetings required.
Applicant should have experience in community management, good customer service skills, and a basic understanding of the Davis-Stirling Act. Applicant must enjoy working with homeowners and board members. Must communicate well with vendors. Certification preferred but not mandatory.
